Grants will be given to three PhD students to spend six months at the University of Antwerp in Belgium. Candidates in all fields are welcome to apply.

Candidate Profile

To be eligible, candidates must be pursuing a PhD. Preference will be given to those within a joint-degree program. The University of Antwerp encourages applications from the following research domains: drug discovery and development, infectious diseases, neurosciences, ecology and sustainable development, logistics, socio-economic policy and organization, imaging, materials characterization, and urban history and contemporary urban policy.

Affiliation

Applicants must arrange their own affiliation with the University of Antwerp, but a letter of affiliation is not required by the time of the application deadline. If applicants can obtain letters of affiliation in advance of the application deadline, please include this. If this is not possible at the time of application, applicants can provide a letter when awarded a grant.
