Award Profile

One award is offered to pursue a one-year MSc in Entrepreneurship at University College London (UCL).

UCL (University College London) is London's leading multidisciplinary university, with approximately 11,000 staff and 38,000 students from 150 different countries.

Founded in 1826 in the heart of London, UCL was the first university in England to welcome students of any class, religion, and the first to welcome women on equal terms with men.

The founding principles of accessibility and liberalism have encouraged the university to champion innovation, diversity and relevance to society, positioning UCL at the forefront of education and research.

The MSc Entrepreneurship is designed for students who intend to start and run high impact, innovative businesses.

Right from the start of the program, you will learn the skills and gain the tools to start an innovative, high impact new business.

From the first week, you will be interviewing prospective customers, learning how to do “rapid prototyping”, using the tools of “lean” entrepreneurship, and pitching new ideas.

Using UCL’s networks and reputation as a starting point to access London’s thriving entrepreneurship scene, you will find or develop a founding team and learn how to raise investor finance or “bootstrap” your business.

Applicants are required to apply to UCL’s MSc Entrepreneurship programme by January 15 and must complete an interview with the department during the Fulbright selection process. Failure to do so will result in a disadvantage to applicants’ applications.
