Students interested in applying for a Fulbright Fellowship in Fall 2009 (for study during 2010-11) are urged to contact the Fellowships Office (fellowships@umb.edu) as soon as possible for an initial consultation. Deadline alert: Prof. Klimasmith will assist students with application components. Advance work during the summer is essential. September 15 is the campus deadline for a completed application, which includes host country research and contact, final draft of project summary and resume, references and other components, including a language evaluation if required. Students who do not have these features of the application in progress by August 31 are not likely to meet the deadline and should contact Dr. Klimasmith to discuss the feasibility of an application in the future. After the completed applications are received, required on-campus interviews will be held during late September 2009.
