This information is for current Harvard College seniors only. (Alumni who are not currently enrolled in postgraduate study may consult the Fellowships Office at OCS for advice, but must apply for the Fulbright directly as at-large candidates.) Please submit a short draft of your study proposal (no more than one page) to the Fellowships Office general e-mail address (ocsgrant@fas.harvard.edu) by August 15, if possible. On receipt of your draft proposal, the Fellowships Office will send you instructions for submitting your Fulbright application to our undergraduate review committee. Complete applications must be submitted to the Fellowships Office by noon on Wednesday, September 9, 2009.
