About the Schools:

·       The IE School of Human Sciences & Technology offers interdisciplinary, career-centered master's programs designed for recent graduates and early to mid-career professionals seeking intense and focused training to accelerate their careers. These programs develop graduates who have specialized expertise required for success in their chosen fields, possessing the professional and leadership skills necessary for navigating the modern workplace.

Upon successful completion of the Master's in Visual & Digital Media, Master's in Corporate & Marketing Communication, Master's in Market Research & Consumer Behavior, Master's in Business Analytics & Big Data, and Master's in Cybersecurity, graduates will receive the private diploma from IE School of Human Sciences & Technology. In addition, students are entitled to request the issuance of the Official University Degree upon completion of these Master´s Programs and fulfillment of applicable requirements.

Upon successful completion of the Master's in Computer Science & Business Technology, graduates will receive the private diploma from IE School of Human Sciences & Technology.

Upon successful completion of the Master's in International Relations, graduates will receive the private diploma from the IE School of International Relations. In addition, students are entitled to request the issuance of the Official University Degree upon completion of this Master's Program and fulfillment of applicable requirements.

Candidate Profile

The Master's in Visual & Digital Media, Master's in Corporate & Marketing Communication, and Master's in Market Research & Consumer Behavior are offered by the IE School of Human Sciences & Technology and are appropriate for recent graduates and young professionals in the fields of Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Design, Economics, Sociology, Psychology or Business. Other backgrounds such as Law, Political Science, History and Fine Arts are also welcome.

The Master's in Business Analytics & Big Data, Master's in Cybersecurity, and Master's in Computer Science & Business Technology are appropriate for recent graduates and early to mid-career professionals in the fields of Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Natural Sciences or Social Sciences.

The Master's in International Relations prepares students to face any global challenge with a more sustainable vision of business and project management. It trains students to become influential leaders who can transform and truly make a difference in the public, private, and non-profit sector. This program is designed for recent graduates and early to mid-career professionals with backgrounds in Business, International Relations, Economics, Political Sciences, Law or Social Sciences. Other backgrounds such as Engineering, Finance and Humanities are also welcome.

Applicants for any of these Master's programs must take the GMAT, GRE or the IE Global Admissions Test (ieGAT).

Affiliation

Applicants are required to apply both for a Fulbright award and for admission to their chosen MA program through the IE website. More information on the IE admissions process can be found at www.ie.edu.

Applicants are not expected to have a letter of admission/affiliation at time of Fulbright application, but awards are made conditional upon acceptance by IE no later than February 15, 2019.

Affiliation Fees/Tuition

The Instituto de Empresa (IE) provides full tuition waivers for Fulbright grantees.

Ineligibility

Candidates with dual U.S./Spanish citizenship, or candidates who are residing in Spain at the time of application or anytime thereafter, are not eligible for the Fulbright Program to Spain.

Current U.S. Student

United States citizens who are currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate degree programs are eligible to apply.  All applicants enrolled in U.S institutions must apply through their home campuses.  Find the Fulbright Program Adviser on your campus.

If you are an undergraduate student you would be eligible to apply in your senior year.  If you are a graduate student you are eligible to apply to most countries as long as you will not have a PhD degree on the application deadline.

Non-U.S. Student

If you are a non-U.S. citizen looking to applying for a Fulbright grant to study in the United States you will apply to the Fulbright Program for Foreign Students in your home country.

U.S. Citizen but not a Student

If you are a U.S. citizen, hold a bachelor’s degree, and do not have a PhD degree then you could be eligible for certain awards within the Fulbright U.S. Student Program.  Please review the program summary for the country where you would like to apply.

Artist

The Fulbright U.S. Student Program welcomes applications in the creative and performing arts.  Arts candidates for the U.S. Student Program should have relatively limited professional experience in the fields (typically 5 years or less) in which they are applying.  Artists with more experience should consider applying for Fulbright Scholar Program.

Creative & Performing Arts projects fall under the Study/Research grant category and are available in all countries where Study/Research grants are offered.
